The Technology Exchange Lab (TEL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing communities out of poverty by driving the adoption of innovative, cost-effective and sustainable solutions that improve lives at the bottom of the pyramid.
TEL Off-Grid lets anyone easily download TEL’s solutions database for offline browsing. Our crowdsourced and curated database includes over 600 development solutions, such as products, technologies and programs across the following sectors:

- Energy & Cooking
- Health & Medical Care
- Agriculture & Tools
- Education & Connectivity
- Housing & Transport
Once you download TEL Off-Grid, you can browse and select your favorite solutions without added data costs. You can also choose when the app refreshes to update the solutions database, so you have total control of your data.
